Post Mortems

This can be a valuable tool to aid in the diagnosis of disease whether for an individual animal or for a herd problem.

We recommend a post mortem if there is unexplained death or if there is a situation of multiple deaths that may be related. 

Post mortems are also an important component of the BSE surveillance testing procedure and will be done on animals dead of unknown cause.
